This place is a joke. The Maintenance Man, is a good guy, but there is so much work that needs to be done that it takes days, I am currently a resident at Charbonier Manor Apartments and have been since February of 2014. The pool is almost never open.The corporation that runs this place is ruthless and cruel with their fees, and the constantly increasing cost of rent is absurd.This place is \"tax subsidized\" so they can only charge so much rent, so they turn a profit taking people to court and making them pay astronomical legal fees. Then when those fees are paid, it makes it harder to pay the next months rent. So within a matter of days you are acquiring more fees, and potential legal fees. It is a cruel poverty tax, and God will judge the manager and the corporation for oppressing the poor people who live here, many of whom are elderly, and disabled.DO NOT RENT HERE.
