No full time manager or maintenance at this property. Manager only on site basically to recertify yearly leases, and collect rent. Property manager actually on property MAYBE 2 days a week, MAYBE 2-8 hours. Often times No full time manager or maintenance at this property. She feels no reason to be here other than for those above mentioned reasons.No full time, on site maintence worker. Not for years. Every assistant manager, every maintenance person hired by POAH, who worked under this manager, HAS QUIT! Maybe she fired some as well.Complex has run down under this manager over her tenure here. A fire must have got lit somewhere, by some entity, because very recently a grounds keeper was brought on. So cosmetically, the exterior of complex grounds look cleaner. I have resided in a few rental properties throughout the years, but I have never experienced such issues as those on this particular property. It's not the tenants causing the problems, but the manager. It's not the tenants causing the problems, but the manager. One has to ponder how this person got the job, as in my assessment they are not suitable for this type of work and lack qualifications. I am told that she makes a lot of mistakes and is very impolite, insolent, talks badly about and to other tenants, and is always ready to debate. She might not even answer the phone or respond to calls, and her office, located inside the clubhouse, is often locked, regardless of the hours posted on the door. Even if her car is parked outside, she might not answer the door. Paying my rent each month is a trial. There have been three maintenance men working here at different periods, but none for many months. All have been dismissed or have abandoned their post. One of them revealed to me that the manager gets infuriated with the computer and throws tantrums. Additionally, she hinders him from accomplishing his job. Phone calls to the head office are futile, as she merely states that if we don't like it here, we should move and that she has a list of people waiting to rent here. This list is highly suspect. I have heard some people say it didn't take them long to get an apartment here, while others assert that they have been on her list for a couple of yearsmore ...hide ...
