I have resided in a few rental properties throughout the years, but I have never experienced such issues as those on this particular property. It's not the tenants causing the problems, but the manager. I am told that she makes a lot of mistakes and is very impolite, insolent, talks badly about and to other tenants, and is always ready to debate. She might not even answer the phone or respond to calls, and her office, located inside the clubhouse, is often locked, regardless of the hours posted on the door. Even if her car is parked outside, she might not answer the door. Paying my rent each month is a trial. There have been three maintenance men working here at different periods, but none for many months. All have been dismissed or have abandoned their post. One of them revealed to me that the manager gets infuriated with the computer and throws tantrums. Additionally, she hinders him from accomplishing his job. Phone calls to the head office are futile, as she merely states that if we don't like it here, we should move and that she has a list of people waiting to rent here. This list is highly suspect. I have heard some people say it didn't take them long to get an apartment here, while others assert that they have been on her list for a couple of years more ... hide ...

I love my apartment and the people that live her I like the manager here she has helped me a great deal

Pleasant place to live been going on 5 years of living here Manager has been helpful in all ways Would recommend it for a place to call home
