Maintenance seems to be on their job because whenever my friend report something maintenance is there either that day or the next day. The management seems to keep the traffic down pretty well which is a good thing, a definite plus in my book. And the grounds are kept quite nicely nowadays. Thumbs-up Forest Park so glad you improved Ill probably be coming backmore ...hide ...

This is conveniently located two blocks south of HyVee off of battlefield... It is in a very clean area... And Hy-Vee although a little bit pricey is very close and convenient.more ...hide ...

Sarah, the office manager, was the best thing about this place! Always so nice when picking up packages in the office, or if she ever needed to reach out to us she was always so kind. Anytime we had an issue we simply talked to her or Ron from maintenance and the issue was fixed. Our move out process was thankfully EASY. Seeing the google reviews it scared us, as we feared we would be charged an arm and leg for small various damages that just happen when you live in a place for a long time, but I can say that was not the case for us at all. In the time we lived there we took very good care of our \"home\", and when we moved out we left very little damage to the apartment, cleaned the best we could, and we COMMUNICATED with Ron & Sarah letting them know the damages, along with our concerns. We did NOT break a lease, we treated this place like it was our own the entire time we lived here, we fixed what we could (with permission of course), but most importantly we stayed in contact with Sarah. At the end of moving out we paid $24 at move out, that was it! My tips for you moving out to avoid charges is to 1. Dont break your lease 2.Clean the place the best you can 3.READ THE LEASE!!!! 4. Communicate with Sarah with any concerns or issues 5. Respect the staff and they will respect you. I promise it goes a long way.As far as living at Park Place I believe it is your average apartment living experience. Dog park was a great addition, the pool is nice on summer evenings, and we got along just fine with neighbors. Yes, it was noisy at times, teenagers running around at night, and some theft, but once again communicate with the office or the 24 hour security. This place was just fine for my Husband and I for the time we were there, but as we are about to have our first child, we thought it was a good time to get a \"big kid house\". If you are a young couple or just looking for a fresh start this is the perfect place for you! Right down the road from Walmart Neighborhood Market, Dollar General, and some fast food which was a bonus! Once again, read your lease and have some respect!more ...hide ...
