Where to even begin I had very high hopes for livingnhere Everything started out pretty smooth paying wasncheap and leasing office staff were very nice andnpersonable But since I moved into a unremodenapartment I had to document preexisting damagesne Where to even begin I had very high hopes for livingnhere Everything started out pretty smooth paying wasncheap and leasing office staff were very nice andnpersonable But since I moved into a unremodenapartment I had to document preexisting damagesnetc I let them know that the dishwasher wasntnturning on and the caulking around the bedroomnwindow was molded It took them around a week toneven replace the dishwasher and after 8 months thenwindow is still untouched not to mention the windownand patio door are so old they leak air horribly I wasnvery disappointed with the fact that the walls lookednas if they were stained yellow the carpet was nevernshampooed before I moved in And the exterior of thenbuilding needs updated extremely bad Theres cracksnand holes in the siding Even though the leasing officenstaff has been very nice I have ALWAYS had a hardntime getting them to answer the phone duringnbusiness hours return calls respond to messages onnthe apartment app My garbage disposal quit workingnprobably over 5 times and within the last time it wasnfixed my sink started leaking And I am currently onnday 2 of waiting for them to either call back or respond to the service request and start fixing it Incant even use my sink because leak is so bad Afternfinding it myself I noticed that there was mousenpoison under the sink At no point was I made awarenof a pest problem And now that I know there is anproblem I know that I am actually hearing micenscratching in the walls Recently I started havingnissues with the apartment below me and their dogsnbarking for hours to the point that it was affecting mynsleep I reached out to the office and after a couplendays they finally got back to me and said they werentaking care of it 2 months later the dogs are stillnbarking and they have yet to do anything their advicenwas to contact Task 9 every time the dogs barked Innthe long run this was a good starter apartment but Inwill not be renewing my lease more ... hide ...

My husband and I lived here for 2 and a half years Sarah the office manager was the best thing about this place Always so nice when picking up packages in the office or if she ever needed to reach out to us she was always so kind Anytime we had an is My husband and I lived here for 2 and a half years Sarah the office manager was the best thing about this place Always so nice when picking up packages in the office or if she ever needed to reach out to us she was always so kind Anytime we had an issue we simply talked to her or Ron from maintenance and the issue was fixed Our move out process was thankfully EASY Seeing the google reviews it scared us as we feared we would be charged an arm and leg for small various damages that just happen when you live in a place for a long time but I can say that was not the case for us at all In the time we lived there we took very good care of our home and when we moved out we left very little damage to the apartment cleaned the best we could and we COMMUNICATED with Ron Sarah letting them know the damages along with our concerns We did NOT break a lease we treated this place like it was our own the entire time we lived here we fixed what we could with permission of course but most importantly we stayed in contact with Sarah At the end of moving out we paid 24 at move out that was it My tips for you moving out to avoid charges is to 1 Dont break your lease 2Clean the place the best you can 3READ THE LEASE 4 Communicate with Sarah with any concerns or issues 5 Respect the staff and they will respect you I promise it goes a long waynnAs far as living at Park Place I believe it is your average apartment living experience Dog park was a great addition the pool is nice on summer evenings and we got along just fine with neighbors Yes it was noisy at times teenagers running around at night and some theft but once again communicate with the office or the 24 hour security This place was just fine for my Husband and I for the time we were there but as we are about to have our first child we thought it was a good time to get a big kid house If you are a young couple or just looking for a fresh start this is the perfect place for you Right down the road from Walmart Neighborhood Market Dollar General and some fast food which was a bonus Once again read your lease and have some respect more ... hide ...
