We have lived here about 3 weeks and , as far as Apartment living goes , are impressed . The 48 units are divided into three buildings , with plenty of parking in between . Our apartment is one of eight and divided from the neighbors by a storage area and the laundry room . This keeps the noise to a minimum .Ours is a 2 BR unit (not sure if larger units are available ). It was very clean with light colored laminate floors and basic white on the walls . Appliances are furnished and include Fridge, microwave and dishwasher . The utility room has space for a stackable washer/dryer (not provided ) but there is also a shared laundry room . The application process was easy enough with only a few days time before we got the okay to move in. Small pets are allowed with an extra deposit .more ...hide ...
