This keeps the noise to a minimum .Ours is a 2 BR unit (not sure if larger units are available ). It was very clean with light colored laminate floors and basic white on the walls . Appliances are furnished and include Fridge, microwave and dishwasher . The utility room has space for a stackable washer/dryer (not provided ) but there is also a shared laundry room .
