I am a Social Worker and have a few clients living in this senior apartment complex. Through my visits and conversations with my clients, I can say that these apartments are nice, small, and easy to keep clean. Through my visits and conversations with my clients, I can say that these apartments are nice, small, and easy to keep clean. The property consists of several buildings from A-E in a box shape, all of which are secure and have locked doors. To enter, you have to call the resident in the correct building and be buzzed in. Each building has a lobby with a seating area and laundry facilities, for which there is a charge. The apartments are equipped with central heat and air, and there is an elevator to access each floor. The parking lot has many spaces for handicapped parking. Additionally, the apartments I've been in have wide showers and doorways to accommodate wheelchairs. My observations have been positive and my clients seem to enjoy staying here without any complaints. I'm not sure about the building maintenance and management, however, as I haven't had any conversations with either.more ...hide ...
