Water pours from the upstairs, leaving the bathroom floor wet and the carpet in the hallway soaked. The paint has started to come off, the ceiling droops, and the flooring beneath the carpet is decaying. It is evident that it has already occurred in the past and they did not fix it then either! What's worse, the liquid has started to trickle down to the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen cabinets, dripping onto the refrigerator and the floor. A pool of water has even formed on the kitchen floor! The black mold has begun to spread, but the office refuses to accept it as a health hazard and deceives the tenants about getting in touch with the maintenance personnel, who never show up to assess the issue. They say that repairing the AC will end the leaking, and they just want to paint over the mold! However, painting does not eliminate mold! Get out of here. more ... hide ...

I lived in this place for about a year and a half and that was 7 months to long for my standards Unit was mostly outdated cabinets were looked like from the 70s chewed up and painted over again and again carpets had staining bad wall patch work and I lived in this place for about a year and a half and that was 7 months to long for my standards Unit was mostly outdated cabinets were looked like from the 70s chewed up and painted over again and again carpets had staining bad wall patch work and AC systems subpar would ice over multiple times through the year oh and if it is not 80 degrees you can just wait for them to fix BS shower always had a leak dishwashers more like dishshishers just pushed the yuck around the first apartment ended up flooding and HAD to sign an addition 6 month lease for them to move me out of an apartment that was flooded into a different one because of their poor fixtures which was ridiculous but gave them the benefit of the doubt they would be good landlords plus the old maintenance staff did nothing to help younnThe neighborhood is horrible Loud bass bumping music all hours of the day and night especially in front of the laundry facility Kids running around screaming no parental supervision when the cops show up they yell slurs at them and the worst part these kids crawling inon and around the dumpsters People standing outside all hours of the night fighting random gun fire at times and people running from cops people drinkingpartying and leaving trash all about NO ONE picks up after their animals And majority of residents it seems dont know how to put trash IN the dumpstersnnHad multiple issues inside the units and was always told there would be a work order made to fix it when they hired the new maintenance person Mike it got much better but thats about it Currently being given the run around about the return of my deposit but I figured that would happen after I talked to multiple people who had lived there before and cringed when I told them I lived there Down to talking to local first responders cops firefighters emts and etc Ive meet and have dealings with that have cringed and said that is a terrible part of town to live in telling me their war stories from out therennThe only people I have ever found helpful with Mike the maintenance guy who has a great sense of urgency to help with a wonderful attitude and Loretta one of the ladies in the office has never talked down to me or anyone else that I ever saw and treats people with respect yes its low income housing but never spoke to people that way Shes honestly the only one I really like and only one I wanted to have dealings with in the office I know it isnt the classiest place but she is a cut above the restnnDont be fooled by the new fence around the pool the flowers out front or how fresh the cut grass looks its just a polished turd You get what you pay for and I learned by lesson on that one Definitely not a place I would recommend raising children in and only live there as a leaping off point and keep very low expectations more ... hide ...
