I lived at Bridger Peaks Village for 6 years The old manager Diane did the best job she could The rules were not followed by tenants and were not enforced The place is filthy and now has an obnoxious manager that complains about pay and no benefits SI lived at Bridger Peaks Village for 6 years The old manager Diane did the best job she could The rules were not followed by tenants and were not enforced The place is filthy and now has an obnoxious manager that complains about pay and no benefits She is rude and doesnt do anything but process rent payments Rent just went up 3500 a month Usually raised rent twice a year Maintenance and janitorial duties are non existant He complains that hes too old for the job Residents that need to be moved to assisted care are kept to keep apartments filled Had 4 deaths the end of 2018 They need better communication with family members for resident safety Dont live theremore ...hide ...

The places themselves are nice but upper management is awful. I dont even have a word for it. Theyll keep you in suspension for months and you cant get a new job or quit a job while on the waiting list or all the paperwoThe places themselves are nice but upper management is awful. Management at the building cant do anything till they hear from these people and that may take months. This place sucks. If youve got a friend from out of town with you for a few days, they cant even do their laundry at the facility or you get written up. The hallways also need help.
