I attempted to reach out to see what availability they had on apartments and my call was answered but not even 5 seconds after trying to explain who I was or anything I was hungup on and now they refuse to answer my calls

We freaze at night from that and he didnt fix our heaters so we freeze in the winters and night, and they raised the price but there is no good work in the homes here!!! The walls are empty their is empty space in the walls so its very cold and he wouldnt fix our garage door!!! Someone keeps stealing from us out of our garage for years and he wouldnt fix it! We write reports for them to fix but they dont come either in months or at all!! My neighbor had had a problem that she reported 15 years ago and they still havent fixed it!!
