When I arrived, the office was closed and it was only through serendipity that I knew she was present - a vendor had knocked on the door, prompting the manager to answer and begrudgingly assist me. She inquired, with obvious annoyance, what help I needed. When I requested the price list, she provided it begrudgingly, then when I phoned the office later, she rushed me off the phone and hung up before I could finish. No courtesy, no pleasantries - just attitude. This experience has me concerned about how she treats the residents. Reading reviews of this company, it surprises me that they have kept this person employed. more ... hide ...

The manager is the most unprofessional one I have ever encountered. When asked questions, they are unable to provide a sensible response. When asked questions, they are unable to provide a sensible response. Since I moved in July 2018, it has been a dreadful experience. I have had to make all the repairs in my apartment as the maintenance staff don't know how to do it. For instance, a new thermostat was brought to replace the existing one, but the workers were unaware of how to install it. It turns out that the thermostat was for a gas heater, not an electric one. So, I had to buy a new one from Lowe's and install it myself, without being reimbursed. Additionally, three power outlets had no power and the staff had no idea why. Today, my wife and I went to the office to inform the manager about our neighbor smoking weed and cigarettes in the bathroom, which is making the smoke drift into our apartment. My wife is pregnant and this is a serious safety hazard. The manager merely replied with an attitude that she can't do anything about it and suggested that we put a fan in the bathroom and our apartment to blow out the smoke. What am I supposed to do now?
