After we removed the air vents, they were clogged with cat fur. The toilet upstairs was constantly running, and the sink in the downstairs had a huge leak. The bathtub upstairs had to be turned off with a screwdriver. When we first arrived, there was no one at the entrance and maintenance had to let us in; they didn't have a key, so they tried to drill the front door, but after 5 minutes they gave up and entered through the window. The neighborhood is littered with garbage, and if you have a pet, there is broken glass everywhere. We have reached out to the front desk multiple times without any response; we even tried contacting the property company, but they will not reply because they are done with you once they have sold you the place. Since we were from out of town, they have definitely deceived us. They are a very untrustworthy business with dishonorable practices. If you do move here, make sure to document everything with photographs like we did! more ... hide ...

My spouse and I have been living in this place for four years already!! Now, since new leadership has taken up the reins, there is order. Anthony is our new Property Manager and he is fantastic!! Anthony is our new Property Manager and he is fantastic!! He makes certain that every maintenance errand is finished, and any other difficulties we have are rapidly addressed. He really cares about the tenants and making essential changes to make this property nice to reside in. For instance, my partner and I had persistent issues with our air conditioner before new administration, and nothing was done and other concerns with upkeep but as soon as Anthony assumed control he sent a maintenance team to look into mending the A/C, when all attempts to repair the unit failed, Anthony organized for us to utilize a temporary cooling unit until we got a brand new one in a reasonable amount of time. My spouse and I can't be more grateful!! I had the pleasure of meeting Tina from the corporate office, as well as some others, and in only one day of meeting her, she treated me, as does Anthony, as a person and not someone filling an empty apartment. I am in the customer service field and this office staff surpasses my expectations. My husband and I will stay here for even more years to come!
