I moved in to The Morehead almost four months ago, and it has been great! The office staff is really nice and always willing to help. They usually take care of any maintenance requests within 48-72 hours. I think they changed management a couple of years ago which explains some of the bad reviews from back then; it takes time to improve an area. I'm so happy here! Recently, I'm still here and still delighted - even more so now that maintenance has improved amazingly well - they came over on Christmas Day in just two hours to unblock our kitchen sink! Jade is a great Community Manager too; she's firm but also effective and attentive. When there was a pipe burst in the vacant apartment above me, Jade was on hand throughout the entire repair job making sure we were content with the outcome. We downsized from our 4 bedroom 2100 sq ft home after our kids left and although it hasn't been easy adjusting, I don't regret it at all! As of 9/20 we've been living here since February 2015 and we're preparing to move (not due to dissatisfaction though). Everyone at The Morehead has been fantastic throughout: helpful office staff plus friendly & responsive maintenance team members - both should be commended for their excellent service!
