Now they have guest parking, which they charge $4/hour for. They started off great but progressively worsened over the year.more ...hide ...

Before Lydia and Mackenzie were here, the complex ran smoothly, however, since the new management has taken over, there has been a decline. The manager displays an attitude that suggests she does not want to be there and communication is not her strong suit. The receptionist staff is pleasant, yet they appear to be unaware of how their policy works. It is my hope that conditions will improve in the near future and the management will get things in order.
I have been a resident of CP for approximately eighteen months and I truly enjoyed my time there. The area is tranquil and I have never felt unsafe when I return home late at night. The individuals working in the front office are kind and willing to help when needed. The maintenance workers are phenomenal. Every week I had an issue in my unit and they would come multiple times to solve the problem. Even though they are a small team, they are very efficient. Moreover, the location of the apartment is very convenient; it is near ECU (they provide a shuttle from the apartments) and there are grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance (1-3 minutes). I am sad that I cannot stay longer (I recently graduated and am relocating for work) but I highly recommend you check out the complex if you are considering living there.more ...hide ...

My other roommates found this place and invited me to stay with them. As I didnt know anything/ anyone in Greenville or USA, I agreed to live with them. We all are PhD scholars, which itself was a great deal for me as I am a first graduate of my family. We had a couple of arguments due to noise and pets at our house. Apart from that I had an excellent time. Its a very good apartment. The district provides immediate solutions to all house-related issues (They replaced our dryer and microwave immediately after I complained). I plan to stay with the district for next year, but shifting to two bedroom apartment.Good things: Quick services, Gym, Pool, close to campus, quiet and safe neighborhood, nice study rooms.Suggestions: If you plan to rent a four bedroom apartment, try to rent with 3 people and make first floor room as extended living room/ gaming room/ study room or anything you can come up with.more ...hide ...
