Ive loved living here My apartment was newly renovated and it shows Such a steal AND its a short walk to campus Maintenance is quick to respond and the staff are very helpful Definitely consider living here if youre a student

I have been a resident of CP for approximately eighteen months and I truly enjoyed my time there. The area is tranquil and I have never felt unsafe when I return home late at night. The individuals working in the front office are kind and willing to help when needed. The maintenance workers are phenomenal. Every week I had an issue in my unit and they would come multiple times to solve the problem. Even though they are a small team, they are very efficient. Moreover, the location of the apartment is very convenient; it is near ECU (they provide a shuttle from the apartments) and there are grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance (1-3 minutes).
