Showed up here on a Monday for an apartment tour that we had scheduled days prior. After a 20 minute wait and a phone call/voicemail to the office we never heard a response back. The maintenance man rolled up on his golf cart and seemed to assume that he would be giving the tour, but had to throw the trash out on his golf cart first. We decided to leave. Wouldnt bother lease with Falls Pointe apartments who could clearly care less about prospective tenants. It is shameful that they didnt have the audacity to show up to a scheduled appointment.more ...hide ...
