Showed up here on a Monday for an apartment tour that we had scheduled days prior A quick drive around the complex we found some units were nice where as others were pretty dumpy trash and furniture piled outside the unit their trash bin was over flo Showed up here on a Monday for an apartment tour that we had scheduled days prior A quick drive around the complex we found some units were nice where as others were pretty dumpy trash and furniture piled outside the unit their trash bin was over flowing Upon arrival to the office the door was locked and all lights were off After a 20 minute wait and a phone callvoicemail to the office we never heard a response back The maintenance man rolled up on his golf cart and seemed to assume that he would be giving the tour but had to throw the trash out on his golf cart first We decided to leave Wouldnt bother lease with Falls Pointe apartments who could clearly care less about prospective tenants It is shameful that they didnt have the audacity to show up to a scheduled appointment more ... hide ...

Started off well within my first 2 years living here But new management is condescending lazy and down right bad Nobody communicated effectively but expects you as a resident to act accordingly Maintenance requests take months to fulfill If you want Started off well within my first 2 years living here But new management is condescending lazy and down right bad Nobody communicated effectively but expects you as a resident to act accordingly Maintenance requests take months to fulfill If you want leasing agents who to talk down to you when you just want to clarify information then move here If you want to pay for 24 hour fitness center access but not be able to get in once staff goes home this is your place The only thing that remains consistent is an email on the 1st of every month that reads rent is due The one silver lining that makes this place sufferable is the people I live around as they are sweet and mindful Most of us cant be that lucky unfortunately Whatever you do rent somewhere else more ... hide ...

Great places to live and great staff

Love it here So happy we found this place Great community Great people Awesome workers and more I would recommend this place to everyone
