However, once someone is accepted, the office does not necessarily keep track of who is living there. In my case, my downstairs neighbor from hell was the result of a tenant's cousin moving in and throwing wild parties while smoking weed nightly. The office is only open two days a week, and the majority of the time, they are not even there, so you must be sure to see them when you can. The manager is nice and she does her job, but only when she is in the office. Again, take advantage of her presence. Maintenance is fairly speedy when it comes to dealing with jobs. The area is kept clean and well-maintained, plus it is usually quiet. When moving in, be sure to document any items that are not fixed. I was charged to strip the floors, which I was told would be done before I moved into the apartment, but it was never done. My lawyers are now dealing with this issue. Inspections are conducted every six weeks, so as long as your home is tidy, you should have no problem. Be aware, though, that if you pass the regular inspections, your apartment may be used to pass county and state inspections when the top officials come in. Aside from this charge upon move out, the community is decent for the price.more ...hide ...

Community is great very family friendly The apartments themselves are very nice as well Office staff good luck trying to get ahold of them plus they tend to be rude when you do get ahold of them
