Horrible If you want to live in a peaceful and clean place This is NOT it apartments are old and nothing gets renovated Tenants dont have any respect for other tenants Loud music driving in and out of apartment with music blasting No peace and quiet

I wish I could put 0 stars These people have been giving my sister the run around for just about a year now Oh this has to get done Oh we have to do this the rent was 459 as she was told Well a few days ago she got word that the apartment was ready f I wish I could put 0 stars These people have been giving my sister the run around for just about a year now Oh this has to get done Oh we have to do this the rent was 459 as she was told Well a few days ago she got word that the apartment was ready for them to move in next week Wahoo She goes to sign a paper all for the woman to tell her that the rent is now 577 My sisters lease is up on the home shes living in and due to my brother in law being disabled she cant afford it on her own She has 2 children to take care of as well Now she has nowhere to go All because the people who work for this apartment have no idea what theyre talking about DO NOT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...

They were both wonderful the first time I called them. Carman and I faxed and mailed information between Delaware and North Carolina and she made my mothers initial move simple. The apartments are beautiful and I live 1 mile away from Pineridge so it was fast and easy to get to my mom quickly.
