My daughter and I have been living in this area for a month and we absolutely adore it. The apartments are very nice, spacious, and have all been freshly painted and had new carpet laid prior to our move-in. The application process was a bit complicated, but Zenita (our landlord) in the office was outstanding. She kept in contact with me on a daily basis for three weeks, seeing as I wanted to move in so badly. She was patient, understanding, kind, and compassionate, and showed that she genuinely cares. I have had landlords in the past that weren't as amiable. Zenita is easy to talk to and always ready to help out with whatever one might need. I have never had a query that she did not respond to right away. She is exceptionally efficient! The apartments are beautiful and in a very secure neighborhood, and the neighbors are friendly. I can honestly say I do not have a single negative thing to say about this place. It was a true blessing that we got this apartment, and I am forever thankful to Antiquity Heights for providing my daughter and me with a home. Some of the people here have been living in the same place for up to twelve years, which speaks volumes. more ... hide ...

Outraged, I phoned the office and talked to the current manager, Leslie Gardner. She was impolite and unprofessional. It is astonishing that she has a job dealing with the public. I asked for proof that they had informed me of the charge, but she couldn't give it. All I wanted was a simple answer, yet she argued and was angered when I inquired. I asked to speak with someone higher up, and she didn't give me contact information. Even now, I'm trying to understand what happened, and it will likely remain on my credit report. I heard another resident had a similar experience, and when I spoke to a police officer, they told me Antiquity Heights runs a dubious business. I have tried several times to get a hold of someone at GEM Management, but their email bounced back and I can't get anyone on the phone.
