I had lived at Antiquity Heights for five years and never encountered any problems. When I moved out, I was astonished to find a collection notice for almost $1000 on my credit report several months later. Consequently, I contacted the office and spoke to the current manager, Leslie Gardner. She was very rude and unprofessional - it is surprising she is in her role dealing with the public. I asked for proof that they had informed me of the charge, yet she could not provide it; even though it was a simple request, she became angry when I questioned her. I asked to speak with somebody in a higher position than her, yet she did not give me any contact information. Months later, I am still trying to figure out what happened and it is likely to remain on my credit report. I have heard of a similar situation from another resident, and when I talked to a local police officer, I was warned that they run a suspect business. I have attempted to get in touch with GEM Management on multiple occasions, but their emails bounce back and I cannot get anyone on the phone. Be careful of Leslie Gardner and GEM Management.more ...hide ...
