DO NOT MOVE HERE Worst experience renting ever My experience started with lies noisy neighbors bugs and has only been horrible for the past two years Example Ive been waiting to hear back about when my clogged toilet with feces and urine in it will bDO NOT MOVE HERE Worst experience renting ever My experience started with lies noisy neighbors bugs and has only been horrible for the past two years Example Ive been waiting to hear back about when my clogged toilet with feces and urine in it will be fixed and its been a week They wont even return my phone call I spoke with someone 3 days ago who told me they would be out that day or early the next morning but no one ever came My apartment is beginning to smell like a toilet Because I have a second toilet this is not looked at as an emergency but I have waited MONTHS to have things fixed that according to my lease were apart of my landlords responsibility to keep up with so I dont have much hope it will be fixed soon You cant get a live person when you call only a voicemail and they dont want you to do anything to the property yourself Needless to say I am actively looking to move now that this COVID 19 stuff is calming down Very disappointed and will warn everyone to only move here as a last resortmore ...hide ...

Gorgeous inside!!!!! Ideal location!!!!! I went to school in that building many years ago. Great place for seniors!!!!!! Wilson NC is the most beautiful and unique place to live. I been living here about 3 years now. All the of the on-site mangers been very friendly and helpful have open door policy. It safe place and if you have kids it very kid friendly. I am a tenant here now and management is the WORST!! The lady that rented me my apartment, went on leave to give birth to her child but replace her position with a family member that couldnt answer not ONE question when I am a tenant here now and management is the WORST!! The lady that rented me my apartment, went on leave to give birth to her child but replace her position with a family member that couldnt answer not ONE question when being asked. On one occasion I had a concern and once again she couldnt answer a question I asked her to call her sister ( the lady who rented me my apartment) and she responded that the property management said she doesnt have the time!! So unprofessional!! Mind you I have been staying here since July and I still dont have a mailbox key, because the one she had given me never worked and promise she would fix it, but being really cheap they tried to fix them themselves and Im figuring thats against the law so everyday my mailbox is open where anyone can walk out and take my mail! Again I called the property management and she tells me to pay 15 dollars and get it fixed when that should have been done before renting out the apartment!!! But to sum it all up I would advise this not to be a thought about moving here, just not a good place at all especially not for kids!!!more ...hide ...
