The maintenance man's actual name should be "neighborhood watch captain" as he has not remedied any problems in the apartment for more than a year. This apartment building could provide much better customer service because the justifications and the "I get off at 5" attitude is too common among the staff, causing the tenants to give up and put up with situations and maintenance issues that are not present in other places. If you make the decision to move here, be prepared to call the housing agency if you want any maintenance to take place. Covid is no longer an excuse; planes, trains and buses are still running with masked people providing services. If anyone at corporate is examining these Google reviews, please send someone wearing a mask to mend this dishwasher that has been dysfunctional for eighteen months because the excuses are now verging on disrespect and I am sure there are numerous other possible violations the North Carolina housing agency ought to look into. If they can overlook a broken dishwasher for 18 months, just think of all the other potential health and safety infractions that are happening without anyone examining or paying attention to concerns.more ...hide ...
