My mother already got a pass so i per the notice didnt think i needed one. They sent this out in early may. Tell me why mid June my car thats ALWAYS parked in the same spot was towed. I had to pay $240 for my car. Keep in mind there is an old blue car thats been parked in the same spot with no parking sticker but never towed it and towed my vehicle instead. They have added unnecessary fees an establishment that is less than up to par as if its a uptown high rise. DONT bother wasting your money here if you value quality. more ... hide ... I had to switch to a different unit and water damage from the bathroom to my kitchen light fixture appears every few months. That's not only in my space, but also my neighbor's. The ceiling above the shower in my bathroom is flaking. The plumbing is awful. We aren't allowed to have barbecues on the grounds. The basketball court is unlocked whenever they want. The pool closes at 5 pm when it's open. We eventually obtained someone to mow the grass, but they only do that, leaving the other landscaping such as the bushes and edges not attended to. The last proprietors at least had the landscaping tidied up after cutting the lawn. It's not worth the amount of money spent here. But they are more concerned with the cars parked here. Focus on upgrading the real estate first, not just the aesthetics. I seldom post reviews, but I'm done with this place! There was no issue withmy mom making noise but grandchildren or great grandchildren are going to annoy neighbors even if they arent being loud.The down sides of this complex are that you will hear the neighbors if you are on the lower floors. The rent goes up more than it should. There were a couple repairs that were necessary. They were completed in a .timely manner. The only thing they wouldnt fix was the dishwasher that had a terrible mold problem.We got back the entire deposit when sheoved out. No charges for wear and tear or damage. more ... hide ...
