Last year there was a fire in our floor in the early morning hours, fortunately no one was hurt, but it wasn't our doing and dealing with the complex was difficult. I had to switch to a different unit and water damage from the bathroom to my kitchen light fixture appears every few months. That's not only in my space, but also my neighbor's. The ceiling above the shower in my bathroom is flaking. The plumbing is awful. We aren't allowed to have barbecues on the grounds. The basketball court is unlocked whenever they want. The pool closes at 5 pm when it's open. We eventually obtained someone to mow the grass, but they only do that, leaving the other landscaping such as the bushes and edges not attended to. The last proprietors at least had the landscaping tidied up after cutting the lawn. It's not worth the amount of money spent here. But they are more concerned with the cars parked here. Focus on upgrading the real estate first, not just the aesthetics. I seldom post reviews, but I'm done with this place!
