Though there have been the occasional unpleasant people and parking lot fights, the situation has improved since the arrival of a stable manager. Everyone has high hopes that she will stick around for a while. The maintenance man has been outstanding in his role and it would be quite a sight to see him roundhouse someone for throwing their garbage outside of the dumpster. Renters get the added benefit of a washer/dryer and water included. Unfortunately, the walls are thin, so you can hear people walking above you, but it's not too big of a deal. The inspections can be a nuisance, but simply keeping the apartment clean, not punching holes in the walls, and not having a meth lab in the bathroom should be enough to pass. The parking lot can get congested and could use some speed bumps as people tend to speed through it. In conclusion, if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet environment, this is the place for you.
