Though there have been the occasional unpleasant people and parking lot fights, the situation has improved since the arrival of a stable manager. Though there have been the occasional unpleasant people and parking lot fights, the situation has improved since the arrival of a stable manager. Everyone has high hopes that she will stick around for a while. The maintenance man has been outstanding in his role and it would be quite a sight to see him roundhouse someone for throwing their garbage outside of the dumpster. Renters get the added benefit of a washer/dryer and water included. Unfortunately, the walls are thin, so you can hear people walking above you, but it's not too big of a deal. The inspections can be a nuisance, but simply keeping the apartment clean, not punching holes in the walls, and not having a meth lab in the bathroom should be enough to pass. The parking lot can get congested and could use some speed bumps as people tend to speed through it. In conclusion, if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet environment, this is the place for you. If not, Claremont Inn is across the street and you can take your loud and raucous lifestyle there. more ... hide ...

The apartments are extremely nice and the price is reasonable The staff are also incredible Sometimes the grass gets too high and the buildings need pressure washed but there is only one maintenance guy here He gets jobs done fast and right The real The apartments are extremely nice and the price is reasonable The staff are also incredible Sometimes the grass gets too high and the buildings need pressure washed but there is only one maintenance guy here He gets jobs done fast and right The real problem is some of the trash living here Its 1246 am and Im so furious Im up writing a review The upstairs neighbors throws lit cigarette butts off their balcony and they often land on my patio below My whole backyard is littered with cigarette butts and dog mess The people above me are partying on their balcony right now smoking pot and letting their kids run all through the house as usual but usually they stop by 10 pm Not tonight And lets not forget the nosey neighbors who are always watching people come and go Gee wiz But Im too scared to report people because I dont want trouble Just needed to vent more ... hide ...
