I have too agree with some of the reviews Ive been living here almost a year now and the walls are thin IT saddens me to how the man next door curses his mom and the mom above me curses her 34 year olds its sad I believes in second chances But now I have too agree with some of the reviews Ive been living here almost a year now and the walls are thin IT saddens me to how the man next door curses his mom and the mom above me curses her 34 year olds its sad I believes in second chances But now Im dealing with a odorbad smell and I a water droplets when Im in bed But when setting at my desk or at my kitchen table it a horrible smellits a sewage problem and the pipeline runs under my floor and comes out in front of my window its been hard to sleep with coveringsmask on my face Now I have to get my clothes clean again Yes I have spoken with management and also put in a application to move to another apartment Oneida Mills Lofts Apts is a great place to live especially if you have the mind set to caring about your surroundings an others that are a round you The apartments are very nicely designed on the inside and the staff is very nice As i post this management is handling the problem more ... hide ...

Walls are way too thin We had a neighbor threaten our children with a baseball bat while they were quietly walking down the hallways because they were walking too loud according to her You can hear absolutely everything going on in the hallways becau Walls are way too thin We had a neighbor threaten our children with a baseball bat while they were quietly walking down the hallways because they were walking too loud according to her You can hear absolutely everything going on in the hallways because its hardwood floors We moved within 6 months because of it We lived right next to the community center and people were always throwing parties after 10pm The back door right there at the community center was constantly being slammed to the point my children could never get any sleep We cleaned up everything nicely and even made sure we were going to get our security deposit back with the property manager She said as long as everything checked out we would be okay Ended up getting a letter 2 weeks after we moved about how they used the 200 to pay for a week of us staying there when we moved the first of the month When I mentioned it to the property manager she fixed it in the computer and said we should receive it back A month goes by and we still hadnt heard anything I called and I was told that since we voilated the lease we couldnt receive it back the words of the upper management of this place not property management I read the lease up and down and NO WHERE on there does it say anything about not receiving the security deposit back if moving out before the lease is up Even met with a lawyer who said as long as the evaluation of the apartment didnt have any charges they cant hold the security deposit The ONLY reason I didnt go forward with this was because the property manager was great while we were there Not only that the hallways constantly smelled like illegal substance that would make its way into the apartments since the walls were so thin I only gave 2 stars for the property manager and because maintenance was always there when needed them None of this is the property managers fault its the people who manage the lofts I would NEVER recommended this place to anyone more ... hide ...
