After telling him I was going to report him he came over. He stormed in and then out after disconnected the wires. Still NO follow-up or repair. Bugs have been terrible here and mice were found when I had a cleaning crew. Air Condition went out on the hottest day of 2017. Dad has Parkinson and heart problems and lives alone now.
