I lived here for 1 year. I paid almost $1500 dollars per month on time. I moved out 10 days ago with no problem. Then I get a call today saying that we owe $1600 dollars for the new carpet that they just installed. They never called us in those 10 days to let us know or to let us see or take any photos or to let us know there was a problem. When questioned about it she just acted angry and rude and would not show us proof of anything!! Then she informed us that if we dont pay the $1600 dollars she will ruin my credit! I have excellent credit and she knows this, so she decides to threaten me with it! We only lived here for 1 year ,so there was only normal wear to the carpet. This for us was a shock and completely handled so unprofessionally, and without so much as a phone call or email before hand!! Please beware of this place and there underhanded business practices.more ...hide ...
