When questioned about it she just acted angry and rude and would not show us proof of anything!! Then she informed us that if we dont pay the $1600 dollars she will ruin my credit! I have excellent credit and she knows this, so she decides to threaten me with it! We only lived here for 1 year ,so there was only normal wear to the carpet. This for us was a shock and completely handled so unprofessionally, and without so much as a phone call or email before hand!!
