Management on location as well as Omaha in the past didnt act like they cared at all how the tenants felt about anything. At least now we can approach our in house manager with suggestions, comments or questions and walk away feeling like she cares and will do above and beyond to care for us. I couldnt say enough good things about our manager here in Columbus! On the handful of times I contacted any of the management in Omaha I was talked down to, dismissed and basically felt like they could care less about any concerns that we as Tennants my have brought to them.
