2020-11-19T22:01:41ZIve lived here almost six years I like my apartment they remodeled the kitchen and bathroom two years ago and it is very nice compared to what was there The in house manager is as close to perfect as you can get and that HAS NOT been the case in the Ive lived here almost six years I like my apartment they remodeled the kitchen and bathroom two years ago and it is very nice compared to what was there The in house manager is as close to perfect as you can get and that HAS NOT been the case in the past Management on location as well as Omaha in the past didnt act like they cared at all how the tenants felt about anything At least now we can approach our in house manager with suggestions comments or questions and walk away feeling like she cares and will do above and beyond to care for us I couldnt say enough good things about our manager here in Columbus On the handful of times I contacted any of the management in Omaha I was talked down to dismissed and basically felt like they could care less about any concerns that we as Tennants my have brought to them Other than that its been a great little community to live in more ...
