	EVERGREEN TERRACE APARTMENTS (1.8/5) (402) 331 - 9311 11029 R PLAZA, OMAHA, NE 68137 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted utilities included: water, sewer, trash pickup built 1975 (approx.) parking type off street parking in front of entrance no parking near public building [i.e. clubhouse Jacqueline Carbullido (2.9/5) I lived there for 3 years. The place went downhill. No heat or air in the master. Maintenance told me to buy a space heater and fan. Windows all leaked air. No one ever in the office. No one ever in the office. They promised me things when I renewed my lease and they never came through. Appliances and cabinets are original from the 1970s. After moving out they charged for extra cleaning and painting just so they would not have to return my deposit. I will be disputing these charges. I dont want the garage if I cant even rely on it. My tent that fits 10 people and some fishing rods got stolen. Please listen to these reviews! Worst place ever. Management does not do their job and when you turn them in to the district manager, they harass you, retaliate, and lie to try to get you evicted. There have been 3 fires since I moved in 6 months ago. Worst decision in my life to move here, trying to get out and now they are giving me bad reference.
