	EVERGREEN TERRACE APARTMENTS (1.8/5) (402) 331 - 9311 11029 R PLAZA, OMAHA, NE 68137 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted utilities included: water, sewer, trash pickup built 1975 (approx.) parking type off street parking in front of entrance no parking near public building [i.e. clubhouse Jacqueline Carbullido (2.9/5) I lived there for 3 years. The place went downhill. No heat or air in the master. Maintenance told me to buy a space heater and fan. Windows all leaked air. No one ever in the office.
