Management is: 1. Unprofessional 2. Tenants are being put out for unreasonable excuses. 3. Tenants leaving because were not being treated fairly. 4. Place isnt kept clean. These apartments should be either for 55+ or students because the mixture doesnt work. Ive received a notification to move in 30 days (by the beginning of December 1.). Entry floors are sticky and dirty from drinks being spilled and mess from the mulch tracked inside. I filled out ALL OF MY PAPERWORK NOW BEING TOLD I HAVE TO MOVE BECAUSE I DIDNT RENEW MY LEASE? I THOUGHT I WAS RENEWING MY LEASE. Im so stressed out with this mess Ive been given another psychiatrist and pseudo seizures have gotten worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND 30 METRO UNLESS SOME OTHER REALTOR BUYS IT AND DOES WHATS RIGHT.more ...hide ...
