My father lived there for 20 years, staff is very polite, caring and in the 20 years never had issues with anyone there. Security is always doing their job, checking floors at night. One night my father left his stove on, his apartment was smoked up, this security guard happened to be doing her rounds and happened to go by dads door, she opened the door and my father was near a window trying to breathe fresh air, she saved his life and Im forever grateful.more ...hide ...
