I have a voucher for a 2 bedroom apartment they covering 1700 and it will be me my husband 3 year old and 3 month old Been looking for a place since January been hard have to move before may 25 I have a credit score of 631 My husband works Uber eats and I039m not working due to my son being born If any apartments available there or in the area I will appreciate it alot just trying to get my family into a place for the first year I have the security deposit and first month on me Just need a place to live and also willing to down size to a one bedroom for now any information please text or email me please thank you and God bless

The OWNERS of Authority Property Management would not engage with us.....and laughed when we said we would take them to Small Claims. "Go ahead. I have argued this before a Shasta County judge and won every time".Is this true? Because we not only RECEIVED OUR MONEY BACK, the judge criticized the owners due to their unawareness of what "pro-rated" was, and in their profession...."that is WORRYING", said the judge.If you rent through APM.....TAKE PHOTOS when you move in, and ASSUME they will take your security deposit.
