ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES! I can't believe nobody has mentioned it yet. When I first moved in, I spotted one in the sink, but I didn't think much of it. As time went on, I started seeing about one each month in various areas of the house. I notified ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES! I can't believe nobody has mentioned it yet. When I first moved in, I spotted one in the sink, but I didn't think much of it. As time went on, I started seeing about one each month in various areas of the house. I notified the landlord, and they seemed surprised, yet had an exterminator come in two days later. After two weeks, the problem had become terrible - up to 4 roaches a night, plus baby roaches, which likely meant there were many more I wasn't seeing. I fumigated my own unit, cleaned it excessively and reported to the landlord once more. It turns out, the bugs were entering through the pipes and the complex sprays all apartments periodically to try to combat this. I've spoken with friends in other buildings and they've all gone through the same ordeal. One even saw a roach while doing a walk-through! The apartments, especially the newly renovated ones, are really nice and have a lot of wood, which I assume is to make it easier to monitor the infestation. The only reason I'm not giving it a lower rating is because the landlords have been responsive. Every time I've complained, they've sent someone within two days. The exterminator has been nice and cooperative. I plug up my drains to prevent the roaches from coming up and keep my apartment immaculate. I still see approximately one a night/ more ... hide ...

I saw a bad review and its not true so I want to share my honest experience here I have been here almost a year I do not have any bugs at all Every once in a while I see a tiny bug or ant Never more than one I sometimes keep my kitchen super clea I saw a bad review and its not true so I want to share my honest experience here I have been here almost a year I do not have any bugs at all Every once in a while I see a tiny bug or ant Never more than one I sometimes keep my kitchen super clean but a lot of times I dont and I still dont have any issues Also I would add that if you buy new furniture not used you wont have to worry about bringing bed bugs in Also be careful who comes in who may carry bed bugs I put a bed bug proof cover on my bed just in case a visitor has them Maintenance is quick to address all my issues My neighbors are all nice and we help each other out The one downside to living here is that late at night you can hear through the walls if people are loud I keep my noise down and my neighbors do the same Its a lovely place to live I loved it for the price and would choose it again if I could The staff here are great more ... hide ...

The personnel are uncooperative, they apply certain regulations in a discretionary manner (attempt to park after 6pm and see what happens), and the general management is unsatisfactory. Veronica, the manager, is incredibly impolite and hard to collaborate with. When I voiced my grievances for the fifth time about vehicles without permission in the parking lots, she answered me with, "If you don't like it, then you can move out." (word for word). Despite being a long-term renter, staying here for four years, paying my rent on time, being a pleasant neighbor, potting flowers on my balcony annually, and keeping my apartment in good condition, this was the response I got for noting their failure to implement their own rule. When I contacted the parent company who owns the complex to complain about the personnel's attitude, I was met with the identical opinion. The message was loud and clear: they don't care. This place is directed by desk jockeys on the East Coast who are neither helpful nor interested in affording a reasonable level of living; and the local staff have no pride in the community. I reside here because the cost is reasonable and the location is good. I like my apartment and would stay here for four more years if it was managed better. more ... hide ...
