Having lived here for two years, I'm glad to be leaving soon. Most tenants are great, but there are a few people of low caliber. Neighbors make false claims to the staff and nothing is done when they are debunked. There was no official warning or communication when this happened. The security is a joke - I've made multiple requests for help and when I finally got a reply, they had no interest in my problems. On hearing about the security issues, I was told they would try to see why it wasn't working. The management has changed numerous times in the two years and the staff that have been here since I first moved in are pleasant. It is a shame the complex can't do anything about the malicious tenants ruining it for the rest of us. I do not recommend this complex. I have seen police here frequently and heard of cars being stolen.more ...hide ...

I rented here in 1987 I recently visited our granddaughter who is renting a place there The complex looks good and pretty well maintained The 2 bedroom unit was small but good for 12 people

I am a very responsible 57 year old disabled woman whose very quiet doesn039t like trouble keeps to myself very rarely have guests and a non drinkerdrug user Prior address was lived at almost for eleven years and current landlord of on eight months did not pass the SFCHA inspection I039ve been diligently searching for a place within Santa Fe because I039m very sick and isolated 25 minutes south of Santa Fe without important services transportation meals or caregiver due to the distance Current lease expires the end of September 2022 however can be broken prior to that I have pets and an ESA letter for them but also currently looking for a home for one due to issues with walking

Check this place out if you are on a budget. It may be an older complex and not as big as a some of the others, but its really a calm place, if thats how you keep it. I checked out this housing and found the property manager s kind, respectful young man who showed me two apartments. The whole center is very clean, xeriscaped, and very quiet considering how close it is to Cerrillos Road. The two apartments I visited had ample closet space with fully equipped kitchens. In the end I decided not to take the apartments because neither has an enclosed yard. Gardening is part of my therapy and I have a cat who needs an outdoor space. These are the only reasons I did not give the Center a 5 star rating.more ...hide ...

This company is absolutely ridiculous . They do not follow their own policies. They think because you are in low income you will not pay your bills or balances.
