Rent goes up constantly apartments are smaller than a 20 foot rv you have no privacy and the property itself is NOT secured as too many people have gained magnetic key cards to the front entry door of the building
OFFICE NEVER OPEN LOTS OF DRUG PROBLEMS PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE ARE A BUNCH OF BUMS THAT WANT SILENCE 24 HRS A DAY YEAR ROUND CAUSE THEY ARE LAZY AND HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN COMPLAIN ALL THE TIME AND DO DRUGS

Everything is cheap and they charge you for everything and make it seem like it€™s your fault , maintenance does a poor job on work orders and leave their mess for you to clean up. I live at River Place. It is a quiet and peaceful place to live......The manager and maintenance staff are friendly, courteous and quick to get things fixed.. The apartments are very nice inside....For a senior, the batI live at River Place. It is a quiet and peaceful place to live......The manager and maintenance staff are friendly, courteous and quick to get things fixed.. The apartments are very nice inside....For a senior, the bathroom with shower handrails and a spacious tub, are a delight.... the entire complex has the most amazing and beautiful photographic art on all the hallways...The apartments have great access to the Truckee River. I am very glad I was fortunate with my low income level to be able to move into such a nice one bedroom apartment. To me it€™s a 5 Star place and a big thumbs up..more ...hide ...
Roach infested! Rather than deal with the roaches, they house undocumented people who dare not complain about anything...including roaches in their bed. Roaches so bad, they are even OUTSIDE the apartment.
