We have an "upgraded" apartment, and here are my thoughts on its pros and cons (in my opinion). I have lived at Waterstone for just over a year now and this review is long overdue! I have loved living here. Beginning when I applied for the apartment, the office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the areaI have lived at Waterstone for just over a year now and this review is long overdue! I have loved living here. Beginning when I applied for the apartment, the office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I moved here from the east coast and knew nothing about the area. They are near a golf course (which I love). When moving in, the process was so simplified that it was a breeze. It feels like home here! The landscaping is always so well kept year around and the office and maintenance staff are very prompt to address any issues I have (which have been very few). I feel safe here and its so quiet! Theres no place like it. I would rather live here where the trees are mature, the landscaping is lush and its peaceful OVER any of the brand new apartments going up around here! I planned on purchasing a home soon but I feel like I can take my time since I love it here so much.....who knows, I may decide to stay here for a few years.
