2023-01-04T20:43:28ZI really like Vintage at the Crossings There are some issues that need to be addressed however I walk my dog around the building and I noticed there was not enough salt put on the sidewalk I fell a couple of weeks ago because of it I think they s I really like Vintage at the Crossings There are some issues that need to be addressed however I walk my dog around the building and I noticed there was not enough salt put on the sidewalk I fell a couple of weeks ago because of it I think they should put cameras on the kitchen and where they store coffee so they can see who steals stuff Also in the hallways because many people steal packages Otherwise I am very happy here more ... hide ...

2022-11-26T04:04:21ZHorrible Among MANY other things lots of other things they keep raising the rent whenever they want The lease is only good for the 1st year of residency People are moving out of this place left and rightnI wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE

2022-08-18T00:54:05ZMy heat went out about a year ago in wintersnow freezing temps and it took a whopping two full weeks to get it fixed Management took 100 off my rentit should have been at least what two weeks rent was worthits a landlords responsibility to supply hea My heat went out about a year ago in wintersnow freezing temps and it took a whopping two full weeks to get it fixed Management took 100 off my rentit should have been at least what two weeks rent was worthits a landlords responsibility to supply heat in winter especially when rent is a mortgage payment I do love my little unit and the building is secure and quiet I overall really love it here but sadly I cannot continue to keep up with these rent increases and they are large increases tooalthough I understand that is dictated by the market I have been here over 3 years The management and the staff are great absolutely excellent But Im a renter which means I will be priced out of here probably within the next year I look forward to living in my vehicle more ... hide ...
