Horrible Among MANY other things lots of other things they keep raising the rent whenever they want The lease is only good for the 1st year of residency People are moving out of this place left and rightnI wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE
Kris is an exceptionally nice guy He is always there to help you I love the way he treats the elderly people in the building He gets the job down quickly
The maintenance personnel are great you have a maintenance problem they take care of it right away or as soon as they can They stop by your apartment and let you know when they can take care of it and what time Theyre just super great
My heat went out about a year ago in wintersnow freezing temps and it took a whopping two full weeks to get it fixed Management took 100 off my rentit should have been at least what two weeks rent was worthits a landlords responsibility to supply heaMy heat went out about a year ago in wintersnow freezing temps and it took a whopping two full weeks to get it fixed Management took 100 off my rentit should have been at least what two weeks rent was worthits a landlords responsibility to supply heat in winter especially when rent is a mortgage payment I do love my little unit and the building is secure and quiet I overall really love it here but sadly I cannot continue to keep up with these rent increases and they are large increases tooalthough I understand that is dictated by the market I have been here over 3 years The management and the staff are great absolutely excellent But Im a renter which means I will be priced out of here probably within the next year I look forward to living in my vehiclemore ...hide ...
