I do love my little unit and the building is secure and quiet. I overall really love it here but sadly I cannot continue to keep up with these rent increases and they are large increases too...although I understand that is dictated by the market. I have been here over 3 years. The management and the staff are great absolutely excellent! But Im a renter which means I will be priced out of here probably within the next year.
