Then we were asked to submit further financial documents to qualify for other properties; we submitted these promptly; still no response. On Thursday, we followed up and were told someone would be in touch the next day; that didn't happen. We tried again on Monday morning and were told someone would call back soon, but we had to call back at the end of the day (of course, still no reply). Eventually we spoke to Maria, who told us that we were eligible for the extra property a week ago (how kind of them to let us know?), but that it had been let to someone else that morning. What a complete waste of time. We're now delighted to have signed a lease with another realtor who is prompt, courteous, and efficient - a stark contrast to our experience with Fidelity. EDIT: They did not offer me any other apartments, contrary to what was mentioned. They did, however, refund the application fee and offer a gift card for a local restaurant if I agreed to remove this review. I didn't, so I guess that's why I never got the gift card (I was not dismissive of anything, apart from taking down the review). more ... hide ...

2022-11-22T16:34:42ZIm so confused by this place They offer the lowest prices in the area without having to travel either out of state or up toward Albany and yet at 48k gross per year with no other debt a reliable job and a 789 credit score which they sent me a copy of Im so confused by this place They offer the lowest prices in the area without having to travel either out of state or up toward Albany and yet at 48k gross per year with no other debt a reliable job and a 789 credit score which they sent me a copy of they say I cant be approved for anything more than a 1050 unit I pay 1349 for my current rent and have been for the past two years reliably on time Theres nothing that hits this requirement in the area except one very tiny unit they happen to have Everyone is jacking up their prices to 1600 and Im happy these folks arent but its no wonder they still have units available if these are the types of requirements they have Best of luck to all the apartment hunters out there We all really really need it more ... hide ...
