When initially moving in, the management was satisfactory. There were a few minor issues, but generally it was a decent place. Unfortunately, after a few months, a new management team took over, and everything went south. The management was never around, and if they were, their door was shut and the sign was flipped to 'closed', so you never knew. When asked, they wouldn't provide receipts, and were incredibly rude, speaking to you like you were a child despite your polite, respectful attitude. Furthermore, they could take weeks to cash rent checks, which could cause problems with your bank accounts. The maintenance man was very kind, but he was limited in what he could do. The outside play area was dangerous and deteriorating. People were known to leave litter in the area. What's more, the locks for each apartment's storage unit were the same as the one for the laundry room, so it's recommended that you buy your own lock for the storage unit door. The laundry facilities were cramped and often unclean. There were four small, standard washers and four small, standard dryers. The driveway had deep potholes, so you had to be careful when entering. One house at the entrance to the driveway was an eyesore and was falling apart. On the plus side, you were within walking distance of downtown. I would strongly advise being cautious when applying to live here. Best of luck!

This place is not at all suited for senior living - the stairs to the upper apartments are hazardous! The front entrance door is supposed to be locked, yet it's been broken for an extended period of time. The rules they have set are totally ridiculous and superfluous; there are more negatives than positives. Honestly, I cannot come up with any reason someone would choose to live here - no positive points whatsoever.
