I have been living here for the past five months and my fiance and I like it here. The apartments are a really great size, especially the one bedrooms, which we currently rent. It is around 850 sq ft I believe. Majority I have been living here for the past five months and my fiance and I like it here. The apartments are a really great size, especially the one bedrooms, which we currently rent. It is around 850 sq ft I believe. Majority of the neighbors are quiet and the area is extremely clean and well maintained. The landlords are really nice people, willing to help and the maintenance men are extremely nice as well. If anything goes wrong, they are quick to fix the problem.The only downfalls are the no pets, but its understandable since these apartments are fairly new. The only people who do have pets are for therapy reasons. Another downfall is that its in the town of Canandaigua and about 2-5 miles from the closest store. I currently do not own a vehicle, so walking is my main transportation, which can be a hassle. The last downfall is that they are a little expensive, but not too bad. The one bedroom is about the normal rate for the city and town of Canandaigua, and at least water is included.Overall, I say these apartments are worth the money that we are paying for it.more ...hide ...
