2013-01-22T14:54:15ZI have been living here for the past five months and my fiance and I like it here The apartments are a really great size especially the one bedrooms which we currently rent It is around 850 sq ft I believe Majority of the neighbors are quiet and the I have been living here for the past five months and my fiance and I like it here The apartments are a really great size especially the one bedrooms which we currently rent It is around 850 sq ft I believe Majority of the neighbors are quiet and the area is extremely clean and well maintained The landlords are really nice people willing to help and the maintenance men are extremely nice as well If anything goes wrong they are quick to fix the problemnnThe only downfalls are the no pets but its understandable since these apartments are fairly new The only people who do have pets are for therapy reasons Another downfall is that its in the town of Canandaigua and about 25 miles from the closest store I currently do not own a vehicle so walking is my main transportation which can be a hassle The last downfall is that they are a little expensive but not too bad The one bedroom is about the normal rate for the city and town of Canandaigua and at least water is includednnOverall I say these apartments are worth the money that we are paying for it more ...
