There's a trash room on each floor which John diligently keeps clean. Plus there are laundry rooms on each floor as well! I'm very pleased overall; the only reason why I didn't give five stars was because it's renters' responsibility to shovel their cars out after the parking lot has been plowed - assistance with that would be great!
